Litauen besucht Griechenland Megala Kalyvia, 14. - 21. Oktober 2017 Bericht, Feedback, Evaluation, Forschung Lehrkräfte und Schüler arbeiten konzentriert an den Evaluationsbögen. Als Meta-Ergebnis halten wir fest: Die Schüler müssen vor Antritt des Praktikums mit den Bögen vertraut sein. Sie sollten auch den Inhalt der Forscher- und Firmenbögen kennen. Sie müssen ihre Fragebögen vom ersten Tag an bearbeiten, nicht erst am Ende, damit die betreuenden Lehrkräfte kontinuierlich beraten können. Auch die Firmen wünschen die Fragebögen als Unterlage vom ersten Tag an; es traten keine Probleme beim Ausfüllen seitens der Firmen auf; Kernpunkte  sollten blau in Landessprache erscheinen, wie in den deutschen Versionen. Fragen zum Feedback der Eltern sind in den Bögen der Gastlehrkräfte enthalten; jene mögen diese ausfüllen. Die Einschätzung der Leistungen der Trainees gelten als Basis bei Beratungsbesuchen, optional zur Erstellung von Zertifikaten. Schüler-Beobachter/innen entwickeln autonome Verantwortungsbereitschaft. Interessant wäre ein Vergleich mit den Voten Erwachsener. Abschlussparty in Megala Kalyvia mit Eltern, Schüler/innen und Lehrkräften mit gegenseitigem Feedback: Wir danken dem KEP mit Frau Vivi und dem Kindergarten mit Frau Jiota und Frau Vaso für deren Bemühen um das Wohl der Praktikant/-innen und Rückmeldung an die Lehrkräfte. Wir danken den Eltern für deren Gastfreundschaft gebenüber den litauischen und deutschen Schülern. Die Eltern begrüßen ERASMUS+ und unser Projekt. Sie schätzen dieses Praktikum als förderlich für die internationale Beschäftigungsfähigkeit. Das Alter von 15- 18 Jahren sei für erste internationale Berufseindrücke richtig; so erleben die Kinder den Unterschied zwischen virtueller und realer Arbeitswelt. Längere Aufenthalte nach dem Muster der neuen Austauschmaßnahmen über fünf Monate sind erst nach Schulabschluss im Alter von ca. 18 Jahren gewünscht.

Lithuania meets Greece  Megala Kalyvia, 14^th - 21^st of Oct. 2017 Report, Feedback, Evaluation, Research Teachers and students are working hard at the evaluation papers for this meeting. As a meta-result we conclude, that the students must be introduced into their questionnaires before start. They should know the content of teachers’ and companies’ surveys as well. They must have their questionnaires from the first day on, in order to let the attending teachers spend advice during the days of work, not just at the end. Companies liked to have the questionnaires from the beginning; there occurred no problems with marking the questions, but it would be useful, to offer local translations in blue colour, like in those for the German versions. Questions concerning the parents’ feedbacks are included in the host- teachers’ questionnaire; host teachers or researchers have to fill these. The rating of students´ work by researchers or teachers might be a basis for consultation of students by teachers or researchers and optional for creating certificates. Students as researchers seem to be a quite interesting way to increase students´ autonomous responsibility. It might be interesting, to compare their remarks with of elder persons´. We have to thank the parents for hosting the students from LT and DE again so friendly and carefully! Parents appreciate the ERASMUS+ Program and our project. They think that vocational exchange is fostering international employability. The age of 15-18 might be the right for first international vocational impressions, in order to experience the difference between virtual world of dreams and reality of work. Parents and students don´t appreciate longer stays like the new opportunity of 5 months exchange, before the school examn at about 18 years of age.
